The lovely people at Index books have included work from Form in their latest publication ‘Great British Identity’.

The tactile rubber debossed cover holds well designed spreads with a feeling of open space to let the images breathe. The spreads include two double pages of Form’s work for Mr Hudson and the Library, and DarksideFX.
